Dear Restaurant Manager,
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your newly opened underwater restaurant. I had high expectations because the restaurant advertises a unique dining experience with panoramic views of marine life; however, the experience was far from satisfactory.
To begin with, the underwater viewing experience was quite disappointing. The visibility through the glass walls was poor, as the water looked cloudy and unclean. Because of this, it was difficult to see the marine animals clearly. In addition, there seemed to be technical issues with the lighting system, which made the surroundings appear dull and less attractive than expected.
Furthermore, I was not impressed with the quality of the food and service. The food was average in taste and was not served hot. Considering the high prices, I expected much better quality. The service was also slow, and the staff did not seem properly trained to provide service in a fine-dining restaurant.
I would suggest that you improve the maintenance of the aquarium, ensure better food quality, and provide proper training to your staff. These changes would greatly improve the experience for future customers.
