I am Vishnu Vardhan, and I have been living at 2100 Lowry Circle, on the 9th floor (Unit #909), since 2024. I am writing to express my concern regarding the reassignment of my parking space to a different level.
This change would cause significant inconvenience because I usually return from work late at night and prefer parking near the elevator to avoid walking long distances through the garage. This is also why I pay an additional $50 for my parking space. Furthermore, the reassigned space is on level B2, which does not have direct elevator access. Consequently, I would have to take the stairs to B1 and then use the elevator to reach my floor.
Another major concern is the poor lighting on B2, which makes the area feel unsafe, particularly when returning home late at night.
To resolve this issue, I would appreciate it if you could allow me to retain my current parking space. Alternatively, please assign me another space near the elevator, considering the additional fee I pay for this convenience.
